Recently inquired about purchasing a 22 f250. My current truck is at a dealer being serviced and i couldn’t bring it in for a trade evaluation till i received it back, i expressed i wanted the F250 in the lot and i will leave a deposit. I was informed to perform a soft pull credit for this vehicle and they would hold it as they cannot take cash deposits but this will soft credit pull will do exactly the same. Two days later I’m contacted by another sales representative from their dealer stating that truck is spoken for and “can i help you locate another”, i replied back that i was already in plans to purchase that vehicle, is the rep i spoke with available. The sales person i put a “soft pull credit deposit” with wasn’t in that day and he’ll return tomorrow. Made the phone call the following day to see what was going on, as i hoped the sales person contacting me in regards to it being spoken for now was in fact for me. Boy was i wrong. I guess a deposit/persons word is worth nothing nowadays. They’ve lost my business as they pulled a truck out from under me.

Dirk is a great service adviser and our vehicle is done right the first time every time. Everything was also well communicated.

The sales process was seamless & easy. However after you take delivery of your new vehicle just hope you don't have to deal with their incompetent service department.

New to Florida. Had my F 150 serviced and a recall solved. These guys at this dealership are good. Well trained and good customer service and they communicate well. No upsell bull. Very good. I’m making them my go to place.

My wife and I purchased a 2024 Ford Bronco from Alan S. He made the purchase very easy, we would recommend him. Everyone there was very nice including the finance person.

Mickey Mullins was absolutely great through the entire process of buying our new to us F-150. We had a couple of hiccups along the way with Suncoast Credit Union closing before we were able to get approval. Mickey was very apologetic and even came in the next day on his scheduled day off to make sure the financing went through and to be there to ensure everything went smoothly when we came to sign the paperwork. He went above and beyond to make sure that my 2 kids (2 years old and 10 years old) had water and snacks while we waited for financing to get approved. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone go see Mickey to purchase their next vehicle. Thank you Jarrett Ford for such a great experience. Mickey is a gem and you are lucky to have him as an employee.

Google will not allow me to give another 5 Star review. I had to edit this one from 2022. Well on 3/5/2024, I picked up my new Ford F150 from Jarrett Ford Charlotte County. Devon Connors, by far has been the best sales experience I have had in my 30 years of being able to purchase a vehicle. No pressure, no up sales, he just listened. He told me he would get my truck and he did. No push back no hassles. He just asked me what I wanted and he delivered everything he promised. Looking forward on doing more business with this location and I would follow Devon anywhere he goes to buy my next vehicle from him. Anyone looking for a new truck, SUV, or car hit him up and let him know JG out of Cape Coral sent you. you will not regret it. The rest of the team phenomenal and better than the last time. They told me on the phone they would pay for my rental if I got a ford so I paid more to rent a ford and then when I picked the truck up they said oh we will send this in to see if we can pay for it. A month later and nothing. Very hard to trust someone that tells you one thing then another when it comes push to shove.

Prompt service on my Class A motorhome! Beautiful new facility and all the people that work there were helpful and friendly. Now I know where to buy my new F150!

Little upset took brand new f350 diesel for service and a recall and some one deflated both rear tires to 56lbs the service lights came on half way home had to stop in the pouring rain to fill back up to 80lbs both tire very upset!

I had high hopes for the new location and would have loved to make a deal but lack of communication has halted everything. I was there recently to look at a 2026 Ford Maverick. I did my research and knew more about the car than the sales person did typically a red flag. I do the test drive love the truck and said let's talk numbers. They had me a sheet says this is the best deal no back and forth bam this is it. I understand this is a tactic as this isnt my first rodeo. They want the highest margin and I want the lowest price. I decided the deal at the time wasnt right for me. Usually you will get a email phone call text something that say hey sorry we couldn't make a deal or a counter offer etc. I received nothing. I even texted them through the website no response after texting the sales agent directly and not getting a response from him either. This isnt the first one star review and im sure it wont be the last based on my experience. Wish it could have been better. Keep my experience in mind when shopping for a Ford of any kind.
