Absolutely Unprofessional, Misleading, and a Complete Waste of Time — BUYER BEWARE! If you’re considering buying a vehicle from this dealership, do yourself a favor and think twice. My experience was a masterclass in poor communication, questionable business practices, and a complete lack of respect for a customer’s time. I spent TWO DAYS negotiating in good faith to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Their original quote included an outrageous $1,631 in additional title and registration-related fees, despite the fact that my county’s registration fee is approximately $45. Rather than argue about their ridiculous fees, I offered a perfectly reasonable solution: I would pay their asking price, INCLUDING their dealer documentation fee, take the vehicle home, and handle the registration myself. They AGREED. I was told I would receive a revised quote that evening. It never came. The following day, after I had to chase them down for an update, the story suddenly changed. Now, apparently, I could only handle my own registration if I had the vehicle shipped instead of picking it up. A restriction that somehow hadn’t been mentioned when they originally agreed to my proposal. Even then, I continued trying to make the deal work. I asked for a straightforward cash purchase quote. The sales manager assured me he would send it over in a few minutes. Instead of receiving the quote, I received a text from the salesperson telling me the vehicle had been SOLD. Are you kidding me? After two days of negotiations, multiple promises, changing conditions, and repeated failures to follow through, that’s how they chose to handle a serious buyer who was ready to purchase? Their explanation was that someone supposedly walked onto the lot and immediately bought the vehicle. Maybe that’s true. Maybe it isn’t. After the runaround I experienced, I have very little confidence in anything this dealership tells me. To be clear, I understand that dealerships can sell vehicles to other customers. My issue isn’t simply that the car sold. It’s that this dealership repeatedly told me they would provide the paperwork necessary to complete my purchase, failed to deliver, changed the terms, and then casually informed me the vehicle was gone. A reputable dealership would have communicated clearly, followed through on its commitments, and treated a serious buyer with basic professional courtesy. This dealership did none of those things. What makes this particularly frustrating is that I wasn’t asking for some ridiculous discount or trying to nickel-and-dime them. I was willing to pay their price and their documentation fee. I simply wanted to avoid questionable additional charges and handle my own registration. Apparently, that was too much to ask. If this is how they treat someone who is actively trying to GIVE THEM MONEY, imagine how responsive they’ll be after they’ve already collected your payment. I’ve purchased plenty of vehicles over the years, and this ranks among the most frustrating dealership experiences I’ve encountered. Two days wasted. Multiple promises broken. Zero accountability. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this dealership to scrutinize every fee, get absolutely everything in writing, and never assume that a manager’s word means anything until you have a signed agreement. They didn’t just lose a sale. They lost a customer, any future business, and every recommendation I might have given them. One star only because zero isn’t an option.
