Wow!! Just wow!!! We went to look at a certain vehicle today and thank goodness we did. I have never been to a car dealership where the transaction was flawless from beginning to end. If you are in the market for a Lincoln, ask for Manny!!!!! He took the time to not only test drive the car with us, show us the features of the car, but also took the time to explain and go over the Lincoln app with us. He not only showed us the features on my purchase but also on my husbands vehicle which another dealership failed to show us. Manny is knowledgeable, friendly, honest and goes above and beyond to ensure you’re making the correct purchase for your needs. We had several people offer us refreshments while we waited to be seen by Joe in finance (which honestly was a very short delay). Joe was awesome as well. He called several banking institutions to find us the best rates and terms possible. He explained all the warranties and again spoke with us to find out what would best fit our needs. The ENTIRE TEAM at this dealership made us feel more like friends or family than as customers. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership for anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. After discussing performance options, we discovered that Vadim was extremely knowledgeable and a fellow Mustang enthusiast! He listened carefully to our wants and never pushed any model on us. He truly took the time to help us find our perfect new Mustang GT w/Performance Pack car. He found the car we were interested in and was able to get it shipped from another Jarrett Gordon Ford dealership. He went above and beyond to get this specific vehicle just so we could look and test drive it. Saved us from having to travel to one of the sister Jarrett Gordon Ford dealerships. At no time did Vadim ever try to push a package, model etc during this shopping experience. We appreciated that!!
