Kevin was great, patient, and knowledgeable regarding finding what I wanted/needed and my trade.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I travel to Jarrett Ford to avoid Sarasota where they are $240/hr and problematic. With Jarrett I was 3 hours early and they got me in within minutes for my quick repair. Asked the tech for a hug was so excited hahaha. Great place, great price and great staff.
Quick, efficient, professional... High recommending Tammy as a Service consultant...
After doing some research looking to replace our Ford Edge we stopped at Jarrett Ford. We had the pleasure to get helped by a young man. Cedric was very helpful and answered all our questions and concerns. Since we knew which kind of car we were looking for made it easy. We test drove a car, but we wanted a different color, he had the car ready to show us the next day. I like to thank Cedric for his help setting up the features. We had a very good experience with Jason, Herman and Cedric.
3 . 1/2 hours for a oil change. totally ridiculous. I arrived at 7 AM and the team member told me it would take 1 hour. They neglected to tell me that they take appointments as a priority. If you are planning on having work there, I recommend you call and make an appointment. I personally will no longer do business with them.
I Purchased a 2024 Ford Ranger from Kevin, great guy! The entire sales department was super friendly. I received a fair price on my trade and a good discount on my purchase. Devin in finance was Awesome.
The service team was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. My service was performed quickly and correctly. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. I'm definitely happy I purchased my vehicle here and chose to have the service performed here as well.
Jarrett Ford has been our go to dealership for the purchase of two vehicles. Our most recent purchase was yesterday and we had the pleasure of using the same sales person, Arthur Francis as we did in the first purchase. Mr. Francis was a pleasure to work with and he has always listened to what our needs were and guided us in the right direction. We highly recommend Jarrett Ford and sales person Arthur Francis.
You can't find a better place to purchase or service a vehicle.
The service department was great. Communication was excellent, good availability, and prompt service.
Completely incompetent! Do not waste your time using their service dept. They are not honest! We brought our van in after Helene/Milton as our van had water damage. It wouldn’t start correctly. You had to push buttons and try it about 4-12 times. After having the van a week, They told our insurance they didn’t know if it was water damage until the starter was replaced at our expense. We had taken the van to a local mechanic who had run a diagnostic on the van and provided us a copy which we provided to Ford who also ran a diagnostic which gave them all the same codes. At this point we paid the 1000 to replace the starter to prove it was flood damage. And it turned out it was flood damage. We also had been hearing a very loud like dragging noise and thought it was the breaks. After the started was replaced Ford informed us everything was fixed. We asked about all the codes they told us they cleared them (which was also done by our mechanic) they assured us they drove it, it was fine. There was no more noise in the breaks. They assured us they had driven it and all was good. LIE! The minute we pulled out onto 41 IMMEDIATELY the loud dragging noise was happening. Immediately drove it to the shop that replaced the breaks 8 weeks earlier and the technician drove drove it around the parking lot and knew immediately it was the drive train carrier bearing. Unfortunately this is not the first bad experience with them. They had to replace the rear rnd components under warranty and gave us the run around for weeks on this! Save yourself the time and headache. And drive to Sarasota or Ft Meyers. On top of all of this their sales team started calling us while our van was there trying to sell us another vehicle. NEVER AGAIN!
I was in a bind and took my vehicle to be repaired for various issues and even though I had a service contract, they found many other items not covered and the bill came to $1800.00 Even though that was more than expected, if the repairs were done properly than I felt that it was needed. I had a major oil leak, a possible overheating issue, and plug in the tire I wanted properly patched, seat belt recall issue. I picked up the vehicle and drove it for a day to make sure everything seamed ok, and then left for North Carolina. 4 hours into the trip, the temperature starting going up and down again, just like before, and there was a grinding gravely noise intermittent from under the hood. Nice to have while on a road trip in the middle of nowhere. I did make it to my destination without breaking down, after stopping several times to check coolant levels and oil. The service manager also told me they couldn't find the tire plug, so I thought how good is the repair going to be by a technician that can't find a tire plug? I do not even know if they repaired the seat belt recall on the vehicle as it wasn't mentioned anywhere. This experience just reinforces the fear people have of car repair shops. They also said I needed brake pads and of course turn down the rotors. Unfortunately I was out of town and unable to see the reason for this, and no photos were provided to verify that this was even needed. If the tech can't find a plug in a tire, he has no business repairing major components on a vehicle this technical. Clark Evano
This is my normal service location for my Ford F250 diesel pickup. I went online the week prior and made a 1045 am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I was checked in by my service advisor who is listed on my repair order as Gene. He was an older gentleman with a goatee. After checking me in he directed me to the waiting room. After about 30 minutes Gene came to me and said that they could quickly do the oil change but the tire rotation could be delayed up to an hour and a half due to walk ins. I pointed out that I had an appointment and he added that they had other appointments as well as the walk ins. I told him that I needed the total service completed so I would need to wait. After a couple hours I looked out and my truck still had not moved yet people that had showed up after me had come and gone. At almost the 3 1/2 hour mark I noticed Gene coming to the waiting room with paperwork so I asked him if my truck was almost done. He responded by saying he had no idea and that he was there to speak to other people who had arrived a long time after me. I walked to the fast lane desks where I found nobody. Gene walked in and went to his work station ignoring that I was there. I asked him who I needed to speak with to find out about my truck since they had had it for over 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. He asked my name and began looking through paperwork. After not finding a repair order he asked if I had an appointments which I said yes at 1045. He continued looking and Lo and behold had the repair order and key in the file holder on the side of his desk. I asked him what the discount would be for so much of my time being waisted and he said he wasn’t authorized to give a discount and continued with my paperwork. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said he wasn’t authorized the only one there. I asked to speak to the service manager and he said the service manager had left for a family emergency and that I could call and talk to him in a couple days. I said I wanted to speak to someone that day and he said he didn’t know what to tell me. I then said the dealership has a GM correct, that I wanted to speak with that person. Gene then said he had only been there a couple weeks and didn’t know anything about a GM. Then he magically said he would try to find his supervisor who had just stepped out. He walked out and a moment later another advisor walked in. I explained to him what had occurred and the discussion I had had and he said they had issues with airlines going down and were busy. I said I understood that but Gene had not communicated any of those issues to me and was flippant towards any questions I asked and when I asked for the GM. The advisor commented that even new he should not have said that and apologized to me for my experience and put my papers on the desk with my key and said due to the delayed time that I was good to go indicating he was comping my $200 service. I explained to him that I was not asking for a free service, just a discount to reflect my waisted time. He said he totally understood about my time and that he was taking care of the service. Gene stood at the desk one over not making eye contact with me, and never said sorry or have a nice day. Gene lacked any level of professionalism, was rude, and flippant with his responses to my questions. If this is who is going to represent the dealership I will specifically ask for someone else in the future or go to another city to try other Ford Dealerships. Gene was a poor representative for this organization and lacked basic communication skills. The other service advisor did the right thing taking care of the customer who was ignored and had a bad experience. I didn’t catch his name but he was professional and did the right thing.
