The mobile service is such a great service! My service was performed in a professional and timely manner and I didn’t have to leave the house.

Normally, everything about shopping for a used car is a frustrating hassle. But at this dealership, it was truly a pleasure. They were upfront in their pricing, they answered all my questions, and spent plenty of time going over the car with me. There was absolutely zero pressure, and they gave me a great deal. Mike, my salesman, and Victor, the sales manager, were both very professional and accommodating. And Tim, the finance manager, explained everything and helped finalize the sale. I would not hesitate to buy from this dealership again, and I highly recommend them. Five stars all the way!

I went in to look at a truck I saw online last week, and the staff there was very friendly and welcoming. Mary was the one who took care of me, and she made the process feel smooth and easy. She wasn’t trying to upsell me or force me to do anything I did not want to do. She listened and understood exactly what I wanted. Jared Gordon is definitely the place to go if you’re looking for a future investment. I know I’m definitely going back when I look into getting a second car.

Hello Natalie. Things are going great! We're loving our new Black Label. Chuck, our salesman, did an amazing job taking care of us. He is quite the gentleman. He was so thorough and patient as we were deciding on which vehicle we wanted. He never rushed us or got impatient. He was quite willing to walk the lot and show us everything. He displayed fantastic manners as we negotiated the price. He quickly got through the initial sales aspect as we needed to get through the process as our daughter needed to be picked up in Orlando. During delivery of the vehicle the following day, he went through the Black Label features, step by step in a very logical way. He got my wife set up first. He helped her get everything adjusted for her in terms of seats, mirrors steering wheel etc, and got the keyless entry established. He got her phone connected and went through all pertinent features. After she was set up, we switched drivers and he got me set up the same way. I have bought many many new cars, Chuck is the best and most thorough I have experienced. When he got back to the Condo, some questions arose. I called Chuck, he quickly answered and helped us resolve our issues. Mike, the sales manager was exceptional during the whole process. He has a wonderful personality and very personable. Loved our experience with him. He did a great job working with us on the price as well. I have nothing but praise for the entire experience. We got this great '26 Mustang convertible with the help of Ken Ramka at Jarrett Gordon Ford - Lincoln. AND we also used the bodyshop 3 times for body repair for both Ford, VW and Honda models over the past 15 years here in Winter Haven.

The sales staff were great. The salesman Lametrius and Victor the used car manager cut me an awesome deal that I couldn't refuse. I saved thousands over a new vehicle. My purchase was Ford certified pre-owned with an extended warranty. I've just become a return customer. I will come back for my next vehicle needs.
