I recommend anyone wanting a new truck or car this is the place to go. Only small issue wait time after being approved was a little to long. And explaining the warranty package was not explained right. Other than that hands down awsome experience

This is one of the most laid back and friendly dealerships by far. Tony was right on the trade number and the OTD. I told him what i needed and he came through. Also, Archie was amazing. He helped me pick out and locate just what i wanted and helped me through the whole process. Also Mike in finance was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable with the warranties and i walked out feeling comfortable knowing i was covered. We purchased a 2026 ford explorer st here at Jarret Gordon Winterhaven . We first looked at Lakeland auto mall they lowballed our trade in. Jason was in a hurry to get us out to head home. They seemed very combative and dishonest. However at Jarret Gordon Winterhaven staff was professional and accommodating. Joe and Chuck was our primary point of contact. We loved the car and communication. Purchasing a new car can be a hassle but they made the process as smooth as possible. Thanks again and good luck to anyone looking, we highly recommend.

I made an appointment with Kindell to look at a vehicle. I was undecided on a couple different vehicles. Kindell took the time to show me each vehicle in detail. When I decided which one we got down to business. After a little back and forth I signed the papers. I have been through negotiations at a few dealerships in my life and this one was by far the best. No high pressure tactics or hidden fees after the fact.

I indicated tasked. Chuck exactly what I wanted and he handled everything just as I asked. No hassles, no wrangling around checking in with his manager over and over like I've experienced in other dealerships. The finance manager, Joe, was friendly and explained everything quickly. No hassles here either. Overall, a pleasant buying experience. This is our second purchase from this dealership. If I were to buy again they would be my first place to visit.

Mary got me in my truck the same day with no hiccups. They even worked with me while my trade in car wasn’t there initially and got the deal done in order to secure my truck. Would do business with Mary anytime. My only gripe is I wish they filled the truck with gas before I took off as the gas bar was just above red
