For 12+ years we have only used Bill Jarrett for all of our service needs. We are always extremely satisfied with the customer service we receive and the quality of work! This was our first time utilizing the mobile oil change. We were pleasantly surprised at the ease and quality of service we received, all while still being able to work. The mobile service is an amazing new addition to Bill Jarrett and we will definitely be using it again in the future.

Matthew and Troyvan were amazing. This was our first time financing a vehicle, and we really couldn't ask for better, or more honest salesmen. Without Matthew's patience, we probably wouldn't have ended up with a car as soon as we did! Thank you!

Felt like a used car dealership where they did not have my best interest in mind. Felt like you were walking into a shark tank. I would shop anywhere else.

I contacted them hoping to trade in my vehicle and purchase one from these guys.Treyvon my sales guy ghosted me, D the sales manager(?) also ghosted me during negotiations. I left several messages attemptibg to reach them...what a joke these guys are! If they're THIS bad BEFIRE the sale, imagine what "service AFTER the sake" would be like!
