Devon Connors, by far has been the best sales experience I have had in my 30 years of being able to purchase a vehicle. No pressure, no up sales, he just listened. He told me he would get my truck and he did. No push back no hassles. He just asked me what I wanted and he delivered everything he promised. I wish there was a way that I could give your dealership 10 stars. I am a former Ford employee. I had a recall preformed on my car last year and the part failed today on my way to work, I was stuck at Wawa with my disabled car so I reached out to Ford customer service and was informed that I would need to return to the dealership who originally provided the service for my recall. I was almost 100 miles away from the dealership and I would not make it back in time before they closed for the weekend as they are not open on the weekends. I stopped by here on my way back to see if maybe I could get my car fixed as I didn’t feel comfortable knowing it could become disabled again. I was greeted by so many smiling people here after I parked my car where I knew I should not have but I was in fear that I couldn’t get my car to go into reverse again. I was greeted by Dorian in the parts department. He was able to tell me they had the part in stock and would check with the service department if it would be something that could be completed today so I would not be stranded. I was then greeted by the service manager, Kevin and Alicia my advisor. Kevin told Alicia my situation and moved mountains to help get my repair covered and I was able to travel home safe and for that, I cannot thank you enough. Your kindness is so refreshing and appreciated. This world needs more people like Dorian, Kevin and Alicia. Thank you for the amazing service experience, Jarrett Gordon Ford. You are wonderful :-)

Mickey Mullins was absolutely great through the entire process of buying our new to us F-150. We had a couple of hiccups along the way with Suncoast Credit Union closing before we were able to get approval. Mickey was very apologetic and even came in the next day on his scheduled day off to make sure the financing went through and to be there to ensure everything went smoothly when we came to sign the paperwork. He went above and beyond to make sure that my 2 kids (2 years old and 10 years old) had water and snacks while we waited for financing to get approved. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone go see Mickey to purchase their next vehicle. Thank you Jarrett Ford for such a great experience. Mickey is a gem and you are lucky to have him as an employee.

My salesman’s Chuck was very knowledgeable and truly cared about my need throughout. He was very thorough and I enjoyed my time with him. The experience was flawed due to the lack of communication and leadership when it came to the suv I drove. Another salesman and general manager made the initial experience quite poor. Chuck was very good, deal agreed upon over the phone did not happen either, but I do not blame Chuck. He is extremely good at his job and I would purchase from him again. Tim in Finance was incredible as well. Chuck and Tim allowed me to enjoy the second part of my experience. It was very unfortunate how it began. The dealership has an absolute wonderful service department and with Chuck and Tim, I would return for another purchase.

The battery for our work 150 Hybrid truck was dead this morning. As this was unexpected, and we were meeting a client/patient later in the day we called their mobile service department. They send a technician within 30 minutes and within 40 minutes the new battery was installed perfectly! Fast and great service from the mobile service department, highly recommend to all Ford and Lincoln owners!
